Before & Afters

Richard Burbidge products have the ability to completely transform your space. Discover the homes Richard Burbidge has transformed with our recent projects.

Stone Studios by Telford Homes

Stone Studios is a stylish show home spread over two floors with a free-flowing living space and vintage interiors that complement the vibrant history of its London location. Housing developer, Telford Homes, has recently unveiled a sophisticated and modern 3-bedroom duplex show apartment, right in the heart of Hackney Wick in London. Both designed and dressed by London-based Rachel Battais Interiors, each room pays homage to the location’s industrial background whilst balancing vintage and contemporary pieces. The show home is the perfect example of what the developments design is all about; modern exterior meets rich history. The whole development will see a further selection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as over 5,000sqm of commercial space and a communal courtyard. The space throughout the show home demonstrates room for socialising and entertaining, as well as relaxing, with its homely living room, dining area and kitchen. Richard Burbidge stairparts were chosen to create the show home’s impressive stairway and hallway entrance. Selected from the Fusion Domestic collection, the Pine range was fitted with metal balusters and painted in dark grey for a contemporary look. The floor to ceiling gallery wall adds character and quirkiness to the space, as well as a showcase of local artists. The steel pendant lighting pairs perfectly with the metal balusters of the staircase, adding to the industrial feel.

Clarendon Mews

Clarendon Mews is an exclusive development of traditionally styled townhouses, located in the centre of Royal Leamington Spa, built by Housestyle Countrywide Ltd. The homes were sympathetically designed to reflect their traditional surroundings but also feature a contemporary courtyard, creating a harmonious balance of old and new. All properties have abundant natural light and high quality fittings and finishes throughout. The Richard Burbidge team was brought on board to provide its Fusion® Glass stairparts to help bring the feeling of light and space into the hallway area. The award-winning Fusion range is a wonderful way to add a contemporary twist to a traditional property or enhance the look and feel of a modern minimalist interior. With the combination of brushed nickel and oak, Fusion® stairparts perfectly compliment the design of the homes. Whilst not only providing a high quality, design conscious stairparts solution for the Clarendon Mews project, the technical team at Richard Burbidge was also able to support Housestyle with additional site visits and technical lists, highlighting its commitment to providing a seamless experience for its customers. The success of this project resulted in Richard Burbidge being selected to work on a range of other Housestyle developments, including Bishops Acre, Farriers Way, Spring Acre and The Limes projects in the surrounding Midlands area.
